Ob das Erscheinungsdatum mit “Mitte/Ende Oktober 2014” richtig angegeben ist, weiß man nie so genau wenn es sich um die teuren Bucheditionen vom englischen Verlag “Genesis Publications handelt. “Genesis Publications” hat das Buch schon oft und vor längerer Zeit angekündigt. Und sie machen das auch immer so, dass man meint, jetzt ist es so weit, was aber fast nie der Fall ist. Es wurde auch schon Veröffentlichungsdaten “gehandelt”: Ursprünglich sollte das Buch Ende 2013 erscheinen, dann war wohl der Geburtstag von YOKO ONO am 18. Februar 2014 im Gespräch. Nun ist es schließlich Oktober 2014 geworden.
YOKO ONO verkündete bereits Ende 2009, dass sie ein Buch über ihre Zeit mit JOHN LENNON schreiben wolle: “Ich würde das sehr gerne tun. Ich muss mir nur die Zeit dafür nehmen. Es wird mein nächstes Buch und in den kommenden fünf Jahren geschrieben.” Und der 5-Jahresplan wurde eingehalten.
“Genesis Publications” veröffentlicht das Buch wie geplant als teure, limitierte, nummerierte und signierte Ausgabe.
